House rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with and respect our house rules:
✓ Keys & Access Cards
Lost or damaged keys/cards incur a fee of 15 EUR per piece, so please keep them safe.
✓ Luggage Storage
For your convenience, we suggest placing suitcases on the designated shelf.
✓ Cosmetics
Kindly store creams and oils on the bathroom shelf to keep surfaces clean.
✓ Towel Use and Care
To keep towels in good condition, please avoid using them to remove makeup or sunscreen. Wet towels should be hung in the bathroom to dry; please refrain from leaving them on furniture or beds.
✓ Linen and Towel Service
We provide clean towels and linen at scheduled times. If you’d like daily towel changes or extra services, feel free to ask – additional charges may apply.
✓ Laundry Services
Washing clothes in the apartment isn’t allowed; please reach out if you need with laundry assistance.
✓ Clothes Hangers
We kindly ask you to use the wardrobe hangers rather than placing them on curtain rails or furniture handles.
✓ Energy Saving
Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use or when leaving the apartment.
✓ Quiet Hours
Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect the comfort of other guests and neighbors.
✓ Check-Out Timing
Regular check out time is up to 10am. If available for staying after 10:00 a.m.please consult with the Host
✓ Visitors
If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on property and overnight.
✓ Respecting the Apartment
Treat the apartment as you would your own home. Kindly dispose of waste in the designated bins and notify us of any accidental damage. In cases of significant damage or extra cleaning, additional charges may apply.
✓ Smoking
Smoking is allowed outdoors. Smoking is strictly prohibited. inside the apartments
✓ Jacuzzi
Guests can use the Jacuzzi for extra charge (5 EUR per person per day is not included in price). Swimming pool and jacuzzi can be used from 01.05.-30.09. in the period of renting.
✓ Fitness center
Apartments Villa Aura includes fitness center for guests that it is available for guests every day from 09:00-20:00.
✓ Kindly note
Property is not suitable for large groups.
